We specialize in producing various specifications of three-phase separation measuring devices (natural gas three-phase separators), oil and gas separators, and oilfield separators. Separators are important equipment in the natural gas field production process. Our company's three-phase separator can simultaneously complete the heating, separation, and metering of wellhead fluids; It can automatically control and alarm the working status of parameters such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level of the system; And it has complete functions such as data processing, traffic calculation, and report generation.
Category: 1. Ordinary three-phase (oil gas water) separator Purpose: Separation of oil, gas, and water phases under low dispersion conditions 2. Three phase separator with metal wire mesh defogger Purpose: Coarse separation of oil, gas, and water phases under low dispersion conditions 3. Oil water separator with corrugated plate/orifice plate corrugated packing Purpose: Fine separation without considering dispersion degree

The assembly form is mainly divided into two types: vertical and horizontal. The horizontal separator is a horizontal structure, with the axis of its container shell parallel to the ground. Usually used for the treatment of fluids with larger liquid/gas ratios, or for liquid/liquid separation. Compared with vertical separators, the horizontal flow cross-sectional area of liquid flow is larger, and the vertical section for gravity separation of liquids with different densities is shorter. The horizontal separator has a large contact area with the ground, so it is not affected by field winds. Its advantages are stable structure and convenient operation. The vertical separator is designed in a vertical configuration, where the axis of the shell is perpendicular to the ground. In contrast to horizontal separators, vertical separators have a small contact surface with the ground, so they are not wind resistant and have poor stability. Therefore, when selecting, the wind environment should be considered. Its advantages are small size, small footprint, and space saving.
